Notarization of Documents...............$39.99
Notarization of Each Additional Document...............$19.99
Certification of Copies of Documents..............$39.99
A notarized copy of a document is a photocopy that is certified as
being a true copy of the original document. The original document must be
brought in, and photocopies can be made in the office.
Consent to Travel Documents..............$54.99
Consent to travel documents are required by immigration authorities
for when a minor travels outside of Canada unaccompanied by either one or both
parents. The fee includes draft and notarization of the consent to travel
document, and certification of an additional supporting document if applicable.
Letter of Invitation.............$74.99
Letters of invitation are required by person(s) applying for a visa
to visit Canada for a specific period of time. The fee includes draft and
notarization of the letter of invitation, and certification of an additional
supporting document if applicable.
Draft and Notarization of Affidavits and Statutory
Declarations......(Please call for a quote)
An affidavit or statutory declaration is a document in which the
signatory makes statements verified by his/her oath or affirmation that the
statements are true. As different situations require different affidavits and
statutory declarations, only the starting fee is specified and is subject to
change depending on the client's situation and requirements.
Passport Applications............$44.99
The fee includes includes certification of Declaration-in-Lieu of
Guarantor (Form PPT 132), certification of applicant's photograph, and
certification of supplementary documents that support applicant's identity.
Permanent Resident Card Applications............$44.99
The fee includes includes certification of the Declaration-in-Lieu of
Guarantor section, certification of applicant's photograph, and certification of
supplementary documents that support applicant's identity.
