Initial Consultation
There is no charge
for an initial consultation that is one (1) hour or less.
Hourly Rates
During
the initial consultation, an estimate of the amount of time and effort
required to handle your legal matter will be provided. In some circumstances, a
flat fee option is possible. In other cases, our lawyer hourly rates between
$250.00 and $350.00 will apply.
New Business Start-Up Package ($3999.99 plus GST - includes disbursements and filing fees)
Our New Business Start-up Package includes the following:

Filing the Articles of Incorporation for one (1) Federal Incorporation and also organizing the corporation (i.e. drafting all corporate resolutions, bylaws, registers, share certificates);

Filing one (1) Business Name Registration;

Conducting a trade-mark search and filing one (1) Canadian Trade-mark Application (does not include trade-mark prosecution and third party oppositions); and

Drafting one (1) Shareholders Agreement.
Please note:
- All figures in CAD$, do not include GST charges, and are subject to change without notice.
- All payments must be made by cheques. Wire transfers are recommended for clients outside of Canada.
